Cara is also a VivaTouch Specialist, trained to give a complete Nutritional & Food Trigger Assessment using the VivaTouch Bio-interactive nutritional assessment instrument.
The VivaTouch uses state of the art computer based technology to assess your body's unique nutritional needs in order to help you determine what essential nutrients your body needs to help you on your journey towards optimal health. It can also help you determing your Food Triggers, foods which might be causing your body to gain or retain weight.

Assessments are done by appointment in her home office in Spanish Fork, UT. Home, or workplace visits can also be arranged for groups of 4 or more.
